The storage of data

In general, data in our organisation is  kept to a minimum specifically for compliance purposes with the requirements of invoicing, banking ,informing DVLA of changes to registered keeper and communicating to deliver and hand over vehicles . All such data will be collected from you directly and not obtained by marketing or from third party sources . Exceptionally data may be received as a result of recommendations etc . Any information we have on you will be shared with you and audited with regard to its accuracy.

The purpose of this web site is to provide open clear Information relating to the Lynnex organisation specifically to advertise the services available and the goods being sold. Any information collected and retained on this website on users/ visitors is confined to information necessary for the processing of invoices and for communication with users who have expressed a desire to be contacted . Information is not retained to market our products to visitors by junk mail etc. Information is not passed on to anyone outside the organisation.

We use Google analytics to understand  visitor  behaviour in a non identifiable  way . Cookies are not placed to track visitor movement by the creators of this web site

No personal data is stored such as ethnicity or  age .

The website is an important part in the path to purchasing products but all sales are conducted by communications such as telephone and email . It is not an ecommerce facility. The terms and conditions of each sale will comply with the relevant consumer goods acts but each sale may  have its own terms and conditions agreed between ourselves and the purchasing party . Distance selling Laws apply but clients need to be aware that sales are in the main conducted face to face and on the premises of Lynnex and where this occurs they cannot be said to be distance sales.

The law in England will prevail over any other jurisdiction
